TACTICAL Boxing
TUESDAYS 6PM - 7PM ~ COACHED BY EUNICE FERNANDEZ
Train the way fighters do. This class develops tactical boxing skills through partner-driven drills — from defense and counter-punching to distance control and timing. Designed to apply real boxing concepts, it builds the awareness and adaptability you need for sparring or deeper boxing practice.

TECHNICAL BOXING
THURSDAYS 6PM - 7PM ~ COACHED BY EUNICE FERNANDEZ
This class mixes technical skill work with a dynamic pace to keep all levels engaged. You’ll work on footwork, defense, combinations, and movement through solo and partner drills. Beginners build strong fundamentals while experienced boxers sharpen speed, precision, and complexity. Every session is different, keeping training fresh and helping you level up from wherever you start.
BOXING CONDITIONING
SATURDAYS 8:30AM - 9:30AM ~ COACHED BY EUNICE FERNANDEZ
A dynamic class built on the roots of old-school boxing training. Expect jump rope, shadowboxing, partner work, bodyweight circuits, and footwork drills that condition you the way fighters have trained for decades. Each session builds speed, power and endurance — everything you need to move and hit with confidence.
OPEN LEVEL
PADWORK
SUNDAYS 10AM - 11 AM ~ COACHED BY EUNICE FERNANDEZ
A padwork class for all skill levels, built around learning and flowing through punch combinations. Not only will you sharpen your combos as a striker, but you’ll also learn how to hold pads properly to give your partner the best work. You’ll switch between striking and padholding, building timing, accuracy, and smooth movement. Best suited for those who already know their boxing basics.
Must have your own pads to participate.
