This is a conditioning class built to develop power you can sustain. You'll blend explosive movement with strength work to build real boxing performance. Expect circuit-style training using weights and other tools to develop speed, force, and control. You’ll move through structured intervals that challenge both your explosiveness and your endurance. Open to all levels with options to train at your pace.

ISA PA ROUNDS

MONDAYS 7:15pm + FRIDAYS 5PM

A high-energy, bag-only class built to keep you moving from start to finish. This class is all about cardio, with continuous combinations on the bag and moments of bodyweight work layered in for that extra push. You’ll move through timed rounds designed to build your boxing endurance, sharpen your output, and challenge your ability to keep going when fatigue kicks in. Expect to sweat, stay on pace, and push your limits each round. Go at your pace, but when the bell hits, do your best to give it one more.

FLOAT & STING

WEDNESDAYS 7:15PM

Inspired by the famous words of Muhammad Ali, “float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.” Footwork is the base of all your boxing, and this class is built around staying light on your feet while developing agility, speed, and coordination with precision. We start with the fundamentals and build from there through drills and repetition, using partner or bag work to develop how you move so you can stay in control of your position and be ready in every exchange.

Fundamentals

Boxing Fundamentalsis for those ready to move beyond an introduction basics.

In this class, you’ll begin laying down the foundations you’ll need through structured, technical training. You’ll learn how to move with intention, connect your punches, and understand what you’re training and why. Drills are progressive, helping everything carry over as you continue to level up.

Boxing basics or our Intro to Boxing program is recommended, but not required. Ideal for beginners and newer boxers building a strong technical base.

TACTICAL Boxing

TUESDAYS 6PM - 7PM
COACHED BY EUNICE FERNANDEZ

This class is for women and gender diverse folks, offering a dedicated space where boxing feels safe and supportive for those often underrepresented in the sport.

An intermediate, partner-based class built around controlled, tactical exchanges. You’ll train defence, counter-punching, distance control, and timing through structured scenarios rooted in real boxing. Focus on developing your ability to read and respond, not just throw combinations.

Best for boxers ready to apply their skills in a more tactical setting.

Assessment and approval is required.

TECHNICAL BOXING LVL. 1

TUESDAYS 7PM + SUNDAYS 9AM

Level 1 focuses on applying your Intro fundamentals through structured technical drills and controlled partner work. You’ll begin layering in defence, timing, and simple tactical concepts while reinforcing clean execution.

Intro or Fundamentals experience recommended.
For boxers comfortable with the basics and ready to step into intermediate concepts.

TECHNICAL BOXING LV.2

THURSDAYS 6:00PM - 7:00PM

Level 2 is for experienced boxers training at a higher technical standard. Expect layered combinations, advanced movement, sharper timing, and tactical decision-making in structured partner drills.

Level 1 or equivalent experience required.

TECHNICAL BAGWORK

FRIDAYS 6:15PM

Technical Bagwork focused on clean execution. We start with a set combination and build from there, adding layers as the round goes on to tighten your mechanics, timing, and accuracy. Expect controlled rounds on the bag with an emphasis on position, balance, and consistency.

PADWORK

SUNDAYS 10AM
COACHED BY EUNICE FERNANDEZ

This class is open level, built around learning and flowing through punch combinations. Not only will you sharpen your combos as a striker, but you’ll also learn how to hold pads properly to give your partner the best work. You’ll switch between striking and pad holding, building timing, accuracy, and smooth movement. Best suited for those who already know their boxing basics.

Bring your own pads to participate. Rental also available.
