Fundamentals

Boxing Fundamentals is for those ready to move beyond an introduction and start training with purpose.

In this class, you’ll begin laying down the foundations you’ll need through structured, technical training. You’ll learn how to move with intention, connect your punches, and understand what you’re training and why. Drills are progressive, helping everything carry over as you continue to level up.

Boxing basics or our Intro to Boxing program is recommended, but not required. Ideal for beginners and newer boxers building a strong technical base.

INTERMEDIATE
TACTICAL Boxing

TUESDAYS 6PM - 7PM

This class is for women and gender diverse folks, offering a dedicated space where boxing feels safe and supportive for those often underrepresented in the sport.

In this class, you’ll train through partner-based drills that develop tactical boxing skills. Training focuses on defense, counter-punching, distance control, and timing, using structured exchanges rooted in real boxing concepts. The work builds awareness, adaptability, and comfort working with a partner, supporting a deeper and more applied boxing practice.

Best suited for boxers ready to train in controlled, tactical exchanges.

Assessment and approval is required.

TECHNICAL BOXING

THURSDAYS 6PM - 7PM

Technical Boxing is for boxers with prior experience.

This class focuses on intermediate techniques, combinations, and movement, with emphasis on timing, positioning, and efficiency. Drills are structured and introduce ideas used in tactical training while reinforcing clean execution and control.

Boxing Fundamentals experience is recommended. Best suited for those comfortable with the basics and ready to train at a higher technical level.

BOXING CONDITIONING

SATURDAYS 9:30AM - 10:30AM

A dynamic class built on the roots of old-school boxing training. Expect jump rope, shadowboxing, partner work, bodyweight circuits, and footwork drills that condition you the way fighters have trained for decades. Each session builds speed, power and endurance — everything you need to move and hit with confidence.

PADWORK

SUNDAYS 10AM - 11 AM
COACHED BY EUNICE FERNANDEZ

A padwork class for all skill levels, built around learning and flowing through punch combinations. Not only will you sharpen your combos as a striker, but you’ll also learn how to hold pads properly to give your partner the best work. You’ll switch between striking and padholding, building timing, accuracy, and smooth movement. Best suited for those who already know their boxing basics.

Bring your own pads to participate. Rental also available.
