INTRO TO BOXING

Authentic Boxing for Beginners.

This 5-week beginner camp is an intensive introduction to real boxing. Once a week, you’ll train for 1.5 hours in workshops that break down stance, footwork, punches, and defense. With focused coaching and fighter-style training, you’ll leave with strong fundamentals and the confidence to keep progressing in the sport.

    • 1.5 Hour Intensive Workshop every Wednesday at 6:30pm-7:30pm

    • Next Programming: October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

    • $200+HST ($40 + HST per session)

    • Includes a pair of gloves and wraps

KIDS BOXING CAMP

For the Next Generation.

Our 8-week camp introduces kids to boxing in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Meeting once a week, they’ll build confidence, coordination, and focus while learning the basics of boxing through drills and activities.

    • 8 Week Program

    • 1 Hour Class every Wednesday at 4:00pm - 5:00pm

    • Next Programming: October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 + November 5, 12, 19, 26

    • Full 8-Week Program: $240 +HST ($30/Class)

    • Understand the foundations of boxing technique

    • Improve balance, agility, and overall fitness

    • Build self-confidence and discipline through consistent practice

    • Learn teamwork and respect for others in a supportive space

Power & Conditioning Camp

Train like a boxer. Build strength, speed, and stamina.

Train like an athlete in this 8-week camp. Build strength and conditioning while developing real boxing skills through weekly group sessions and a private 1-on-1 with your coach. Spots are limited — get both the intensity and attention you need to see results.

    • Week 1
      Foundations: stance, guard, jab, cross, basic footwork

    • Week 2
      Combos & Defense: jab–cross–hook, slips, parries, balance

    • Week 3
      Footwork & Defense: pivots, angles, blocks, moving while punching

      Application: controlled partner drills, extended combinations, rhythm
