Authentic Boxing for Beginners.
This 5-week beginner camp is an intensive introduction to real boxing. Once a week, you’ll train for 1.5 hours in workshops that break down stance, footwork, punches, and defense. With focused coaching and fighter-style training, you’ll leave with strong fundamentals and the confidence to keep progressing in the sport.

For the Next Generation.
Our 8-week camp introduces kids to boxing in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Meeting once a week, they’ll build confidence, coordination, and focus while learning the basics of boxing through drills and activities.

The time to commit to yourself is now. This 6-week boxing bootcamp is built on consistency, with 2 training sessions a week focused on high intensity boxing training. Through a combination of group sessions and private 1-on-1 training, you’ll sharpen your skills, elevate your fitness, and experience the difference true accountability makes.
