INTRO TO BOXING

Authentic Boxing for Beginners.

This 5 week camp teaches real boxing fundamentals through focused, workshop style sessions. Each week includes 1 hour of coaching plus 15 minutes of warm up time. You’ll develop stance, footwork, punches, and defence, train with the same group for consistent progression, and get access to Isa Pa style fitness classes to support your training. A strong starting point for new boxers.
