Yes! Our classes are open-level and beginner friendly. You’ll learn strong foundations, while experienced boxers can sharpen skills and push their pace.

We’re at the northwest corner of Dupont St. and Bartlett Ave, inside the car rental parking lot.
Nearest bus: 26 Dupont (stop at Bartlett Ave).
Nearest subway: Ossington Station (Line 2) → connect to the 26 Dupont bus northbound.

Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move in. We recommend shoes with good ankle support for stability during movement. Bring your own gloves and wraps, or rent from us if needed.

The first 10 minutes are for wrapping up and settling in; if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to let you join for your safety and to keep class flowing.

Our rehearsal hall (upstairs studio) is only accessible by stairs — there are no ramps or elevators.
Our Black Box studio classes are held at floor level, making them more accessible.
Exercises can always be modified to meet different needs.

Absolutely. Isa Pa is built on respect, safety, and inclusivity. We also run a dedicated Women & Queer Gender Diverse class every Tuesday at 6 PM (Open Level Tactical Boxing) to hold space for community connection and skill-building.

Yes! We host private, corporate, and brand events and collaborations — either at our studio or at your location. We can bring Isa Pa to you for workshops, activations, wellness programs, and custom boxing experiences.
