QUESTIONS

  • Yes! Our classes are open-level and beginner friendly. You’ll learn strong foundations, while experienced boxers can sharpen skills and push their pace.

  • We’re located at 1175 Bathurst St, Toronto, just north of Dupont.

    TTC access:

    • Dupont Station on Line 1, about a 5–7 minute walk

    • Bathurst bus (7) stops nearby

    • Easy access from Bathurst Station via the 7 bus heading north.

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move in. We recommend shoes with good ankle support for stability during movement. Wraps and gloves are required and available for purchase. Gloves are also available for rental.

  • The first 10 minutes are for wrapping up and settling in; if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to let you join for your safety and to keep class flowing.

  • Our space is partially accessible.

    The front entrance has a few steps, but there is a ground level entrance at the back through the driveway with no stairs. Let us know if you’d like to use it.

  • Absolutely. Isa Pa is built on respect, safety, and inclusivity. We also run a dedicated Women & Queer Gender Diverse class every Tuesday at 6 PM (Open Level Tactical Boxing) to hold space for community connection and skill-building.

  • Yes! 3 classes for $40 — valid for 14 days from your first booking. A perfect way to try our training, vibe, and community.

  • Yes. We offer one-on-one or small group private training. Reach out to us to book and tailor your session.

  • Yes! We host private, corporate, and brand events and collaborations — either at our studio or at your location. We can bring Isa Pa to you for workshops, activations, wellness programs, and custom boxing experiences.

  • Our mission is to bring boxing everywhere. You can book us for travelling workshops, guest coaching spots, and off-site events. We’re always excited to share boxing with new communities.
